Silicon Glue for Aquarium

I just searched the forum , iam in trouble now i think, as discussed last year in above mentioned forum , i have glued the tank with GE II , it has amonia in it . what should i do now, feel so stupid should have search the fourm earlier please help

cut it all out and wash the glass with vinegar and get every last bit of the silicone off then start over with the GE silicone 1
