Skilter 250

I need to get a protein skimmer but I don't want to spend over $100 for one. I saw this one on ebay called the Skilter 250. I'm new to this hobby so your advice/opinion means a lot to me. I don't want to buy something that will not work with my system. I am planning on starting a reef in a few months.

If any of you guys have a used protein skimmer you want to get rid of, i'll take it off your hands for free (i'll pay shipping).

Don't bother giving me a review, I did a little research myself, I couldn't find one single good review.

Do not skimp on the skimmer. Even if you have to go with out for a few weeks. This is the most important piece of equipment you will buy. If you comprimise you will more than likely end up respending more money later on a good skimmer.

The CPR Bak Paks are good and the Aqua C Remoras are better. These are the only Hangons i recomend.

Yeah I got a protein skimmer but it didnt come with a pump so I ordered a pump but it seems to have gotten lost in the mail or something because the tracking number reveals that it has been shipped out of our local USPS.

I need to get an overflow box now.
