Skilter Filter 400 SW to FW use?

All-

I'm looking to shutdown my Skilter Filter 400gph and relocation to another 10 gal FW tank. My question is what's need to properly cutover to FW? I suspect a serious cleaning with new filter pads as well.

Second question: Is this going to drive my FW fish nuts? I've a bunch of baby Mollies and Guppies that seem to have a grand ole time mating. I'm thinking the GPH is way too high.

TIA

it is to much, 400 gph in a 10. but for transfering just clean it off with hot water change the pads and you good to go.

I think it would be WAY too much current for a 10 gal tank. Especially for Mollies and Guppies.
