Skimmer... Bubble Magus or Octopus or?

Trying to figure out which skimmer to order. I'm comparing these two-

Bubble Magus BM-NAC3+
Bubble Magus BM-NAC3+ Protein Skimmer - English

VS

Reef Octopus 4" Pinwheel In Sump Skimmer OCT NWB110
Reef Octopus 4

Any pro's/con's on these two? Anything better in this price range? This is for a 40 breeder.

I would go with the Octo just because of the semi-cone body shape.

either one of those is going to work fine for such a small system. i would probably go with the BM, because of the footprint, it's 30 bucks cheaper, and only draws 8 watts. I've only had experience with one bubble magus- the one i'm using currently and i'm really impressed with it's performance.

Thank you both for the input. Looking at the space I have, the bubble magus seems to be the better choice. I did some measuring, and I'm going to be able to fit the BM in the first chamber and not have to worry about hitting the bottom of the tank. The octopus would have to be in the pump chamber (because I suck at building sumps), and would be pretty close to touching the top.

After reading your comment, Larry, I found that cone skimmers seem to be recommended over the others. Would this one be a better choice then the original BM I linked? Bubble Magus BM-NAC3.5 Protein Skimmer - English
