I have a Coralife Skimmer 65, and I don't seem to be producing very much dark skimmate.
Recently I was viewing the sump of another aquarist online and noticed that he had tilted the top of his coralife skimmer cup. Meaning that the lid was not fitted tightly to the cup but allow room at the top.
It seems to me that the lid fits awfully close to the foam tube and as a result the foam "pops" before it is very far into the cup.
Any thoughts?
