Solarmax extreme light fixture help

I have the 36in fixture and ive had it for about 6 months. today I noticed an acintic bulb was "out" but after replacing it it still didnt work, ive triedthe bulbs in other spots and they work so its just the one spot. Anyone know the issue?

Im thinking it cant be the ballast because the bulbs turn on together (the two acinitc turn on at once and the two daylight turn on at once) so if the ballast was broken wouldnt both acinitics be out?

I had a friend with a power compact and he had the same issue. I guess he found out that the connectors where the end of the bulbs went in had burned up. You might check that, but that is all I can help.
