Some Filter advice for a poor man. lol.

I am looking to stay under 200 bucks , and have a canister filter that can suit my 75 gal turtle tank. Does anyone have any suggestions . I have a hang on filter now , and it works pretty well, however it is just so loud I can not even think with it on.

There's tons of canisters for under $200. I recently got a cascade 1000 for $125. The thing runs like a charm with little to no bypass. Its pretty quiet (minus a few burps) unless your water lever is low. Since its for a turtle I'm guessing your water is low? I imagine there's attachments to extend your output. But I'm not positive that there is. Good filter on a budget. I give it 4*
