Spilling water ?

Maybe it is just me however no matter what canister filter I work with , I always end up spilling water. Is that just normal or am i just doing things wrong ?

I haven't had many but would find a little bit normal.

Get a 5 gal bucket and keep the canister in it. Makes for easier transporting and catches any spills.

When you say you end up spilling water, I guess you mean when you take off the hoses and move it to clean it? A few drops always find their way out somehow, usually just what's been held after the valves.
