sponge filter help

Howdy all, I'm planning on getting a pair of 10g shrimp tanks up sometime in the future. My biggest question though is sponge filters; I've never used or really looked at them before, so not sure where to begin. What should I look for? Any specific brands over another or recommendations? Are there any articles around that would be a good read?

I've heard nothing but great things about the Hydro-Sponge Filter. They're inexpensive and usually easy to find both on and offline. My friends with shrimp tanks buy theirs from Amazon for under $10. Hope that helps. There's no real installation or anything either, by the way. Just put the sponge on the tower and put it in the water. Easy.
