SunSun 304b canister HELP

I just got the sunsun filter. I set it all up and plugged it in. The motor started but nothing was happening so I turned it off and pumped the primer a few more times. Turned it back on, motor went on, but again, nothing. So I filled the canister all the way up and then pumped it a few times, water was finally starting to flow so I turn it back on and the motor wont start now. Please HELP!

Did you read the instructions?!?! (Are you fluent in Mandarin?) Fill the canister to top, pump primer until water has filled the intake hose entirely. Say a prayer and hope it doesn't leak and flood what you don't want water on.. I've sworn them off. 3/5 leakers...

It's not about priming though. The motor just won't turn on. It's making no noise and not even vibrating.
