Syphon cleaning

Hi everybody. Just a quick question: how do you go about cleaning these syphon hoses?

Search eBay for the following. As I use it for three tanks I clean. (Friends and family)

Aquarium double tube brush.

Amazing as no need to buy new hoses once they are clogged up now.
