T5 HO replacement bulbs

This has probably been discussed a hundred time but.....
I have a 40 gal. breeder aquarium that will mainly house keyhole cichlids along with java fern and moss and a few others plant, undecided on which ones. I want to use my Current Nova T5 HO fixture but need new bulbs, this was used on a saltwater tank. I really don't want to run co2 or add a lot of fertilizers. But most of all I don't want to deal with algea with to much light. What bulbs would work the best?
