TCP 19W 5100K PAR38 Floodlight

I'm looking to pick one of these bulbs up but I can't get it with shipping or less than $24 or so. Does anyone know if there is a chain store that sells these or a spot online where they are super cheap? I can't find them locally here in Hampton Roads VA at Home Depot or Lowe's etc. Any suggestions for location or on a another bulb of comparable output?

I know this is an older write up but it was getting good results. I just know know where I can get it for $7
