Tetra Whisper HOB filters

I never hear people say much about these filters. I know they are cheap, but I have been using them for years and they have always done a fantastic job for me. Does anyone have any experience or comments about these?

I have had the whisper filters.. for as long as Ive been in the hobby.. 16 years or so.. my first HOB filters were whispers.. The only problem I ever had with them was that the impeller shaft could get bent fairly easily causing them to get noisy... if care is given to the impellers then I would say they are realy good filters..
