Smile This light vs. that light...

I have a 10 gallon tank and I've just added java moss and frogbit. I currently have this light: Aqueon® T8 Full Spectrum Daylight Fluorescent Aquarium Lamp | Lights | PetSmart Should I switch it out for this light? Aqueon® Floramax T8 Fluorescent Aquarium Lamp | Lights | PetSmart or will my plants do fine with the light I have currently? Thanks for the advice! I have just taken the live plant plunge and I'm still learning! Baby steps!
