tips on fans for venting cabinet

I have a sump under my tank that gets rather humid. The wood can get moldy if left closed and I have a fert doser that the manual suggests not placing it in a damp environment. I need to vent this cabinet. I'm looking to cut 2 squares into the stand and having an intake and outtake fan placed in there.

Any suggestions on small but POWERFUL? I'm trying to minimize the holes cut in the cabinet but I need to get the most airflow I can get to keep the humidity from reaching so high.

Please let me know if anyone has tried or has advice on this.
