Tunze skimmer 9006 letting out micro bubbles, why

My skimmer was running fine but I had to turn the power off cause I was removing some fishes from my tank so I turned everything off. After I was done I turned my skimmer back on and now it's producing tiny micro bubbles.. Why is that? I've also noticed the form is much less in the cup..
Anyone know why? What should I do? Do I have to wait for it to break again?

I have a 9002 and everytime I change the water, it takes about 2 days to get back on track. I would wait and see how it turns out. Any skimmer needs to get back on track when any change is made. Maybe it might need to be adjusted.
