Two MP10wES or One MP40wES?

Hello my friends, I just got a $1/Gallon 29 Gallon tank from Petco and I want to get the VorTech pumps. I have a plan to upgrade to 55 Gallon later too.

My question is, since the MP10wES is rated at Flow up to 1,575 gph and tank size up to 50 gallons. Will two MP10wES (left and right) gonna do the job? Or you suggest just one MP40wES?

One MP10 for a 29... two for a 55. Two MP10's in a 29 would be too much. I have one in my 40b and I only keep it on 50-60%

What is the lowest % that MP10 can go? Like 20%?
