This combo enough for a standard 55 gal with sparce FOWLR arrangement? Shallow sand bed in progress of replacing UGF now. Nice White sand.

Question is should I supplement with another light source? I'm thinking about adding something to my 10gal sump after hours.

Are you planning to stock anything light-hungry? That would be just fine for growing coraline on your live rock. If you want to keep light-demanding inverts though, more would be better.

Nothing fancy in my tank. Just a bunch of hermit crabs, snails and two shrimp. I do have the one single bulb anemone. I don't think the LR needs light, but the anemone does seem to like it a little more.
