My UV sterilizer is connected to the output of my eheim pro II 2028 which puts out 277gph. I thought i patched it up good when it started leaking with the PH it came with...CHEAP JEBO :x . Time for me to put out the money and get a turbo twist... any suggestions on the wattage i believe they have 9 18 and 36w. I have a 80gal and im gonna put it on the output of my filter so 277gph. thanks ahead of time

i think im going to go with the 18w, it says you need 200-400gph, the 9w is 100-200 so ill be over pushing the 9. Any suggestions the 18 wont over kill or anything will it?

I have a 75 gallon with a 9 watt. Helps in two ways:
1. I noticed a decline in algae
2. Helped put a bout of ich in check and haven't had a proper since purchase

I run it off a Rio 800 and slow it with a ball valve. Good little piece. Great product for a great price.

definately, my UV gave me crystal clear water, no algea and lowered my ich. I alreadly purchased the 18w just cus im paranoid. They recommend 200-400 gph for the 18w, 277 should be fine right? or should i go lower?
