Venturi pump for 30g FOWLR

I posted this in saltwater forum but there was no answer. So here I go again.

I am planning to set up 30g FOWLR. Friend gave me hob protein skimmer without a pump. It is quite large CPR skimmer, around 16inches tall, 2 inches deep and 5 inches wide. What would be a good Venturi pump for it? How many gph? What brand?
I will be running 10g sump on it and in the future I am planning to have few corrals.
