Visi-Therm Stealth Heater

Are Visi-Therm Stealth Heaters a good heater for the money? Im thinking about purchaseing one 250watt for my 65 gal.

I have 4 250watt in my sump and no complaints. I think they have only came on once though. As with all these heaters be prepared to adjust temp setting by trial and error and not by the degrees marked on the dial.
