I have an Aqueon Circulation Pump 500 and was wondering if there is a "DIY" type way I can slow the water flow down a little. My tank is that awkward size that the circulation is just a little too much. Plants are bent over from the circulation.
Can I maybe purposefully clog some of the openings on the pump that draw the water in?
I was thinking maybe i can cut some canister filter floss to the appropriate size and stuff it in the openings just to slow the water down a little. Does this make sense?
Lol it's kind of hard to explain.

Edit: Sorry, you said Circulation pump... No advice I can offer here other than redirecting the pump flow... good question though...

Point the pump straight into the glass so the flow from the pump is in a direction that doesnt bend the plants.

Straight into the glass, yeah that's a pretty good idea. I'll try it and let you know how it works out. thanks!
