Got myself a test kit for my new 170 liter tank , wondering what my tank parameters should be?
Iv got 6 corydoras , 1 baby sailfin plec (will be moving him to a bigger tank when he gets bigger) spotted catfish , black with red tail shark, and a clown loach , any thoughts?

I don't know what particular tests you have, but let's say (for FW aquarium):
pH 6.7 - 7.5 (in my case 7.0 +/- 0.2)
GH 6 - 12' (12-14 )
KH 5 - 10' (5-7)
NO2 0 ppm (0)
NO3 10-30 ppm (5)

It can vary of course with reference to fauna and flora spieces, you want to rise in your aquarium...

Clown loach will eventually outgrow the tank and they like groups of 5+ lucky for you they are very slow growers. It will be a few years before he actually gets "big"

Cheers mate thats exactly what i needed ?
i knew the plec and clown loach get big when there fully grown , im just starting to save for my 3rd tank which will be big enough to house them both then will definatly get more loaches!
