What Kind of Light?

I was wondering what kind of lighting I should bee looking for. I am looking to get some "beginner" anenome and eventually coral. I have 260 watt compact florescents for my tank now, but dont think it will work for what I plan to do. Any advice?

Anemone's need a tank that is stable and well established for six months or more. As for lighting you will need either MH or HO t5. With this kind of lighting you could keep pretty much any coral you want.
