What would you get for a75 gal tank?? Pros and cons for UV sterilizer

Highly reccomend the turbo twist 9 watt. Good contact time and concept for an awsome price. Run it with a very slow output to maximize exposure to uv. Well worth the $80.00.

9 watt too weak??

I was told th 9 watt may be too weak to get the job done in a 75 gallon/ Also been told get the 18 watt but then told it may sterilize my rock too much waht do you think??
