what watts mh should i get

ok guys i am moving my nano reef from my small ten gallon to my 37 tall soon and i want to get a single mh for lighting.

i need something for all types of corals (cause thats what i have) i dont know there names i just know i have hard soft and so on

so what watt mh should i be looking in to getting

any help would be nice

How tall is the tank? 21" or less a 175w MH is fine. Over 21" a 250w is better and over 30" a 400w for needed for full penetration.

so 175 watt would be good for my stonies and all that ?

Yes. I have a 125g and use 3 175w MH's.
