whats the best light bulbs

i have a 48 " t8 fixture on my cichlid tank no live plants.. my question is what would be the the best bulbs to use in my fixture that will make my fishys color really pop ????? and if you have photos of the bulbs on the tank i would really like to see what they look like...

Id chuck in a uv blacklight aswell then youll even see the stains ya fish leave on the sheets

I loved having my oscars under low watt incandescents, miss the little buggers

The light I have now are a 6500k 32 watt bulb .. And my tank looks green . I took a glass of water out with a drinking glass and it looks perfectly clear . I'm not sure if its the new bulb or my tank itself ..

And I have African cichlids in this particular tank.. My Oscar is in a different tank and has a different set up with the lights and that tank looks perfect beside him tearing up the sand every other day
