There's some white stuff stuck to the inside of my tank glass. It's been there since 3 days after I first filled my tank...im assuming it's calcium since I used tap water and it won't come off with a brush. Is it safe to use a razor blade?

I don't know what the white stuff is from the info above, but it should be fine to scrape it off.
