zoo med dual t5 HO fixture

is this a good light. it would be over a 29 gallon tank. could I grow soft corals with it?

Not sure how much the zoo-med is, but here would be a good fixture for you - 30in 4Bulbs fixtures

the zoo med runs 2 24 watt bulbs. the one u posted is sweet but what brand is it and stuff

It's fishneedit brand lol. I've got several of them. It's cheap because its not a big name brand, but it functions exactly the same.

They are 24" 24w bulbs.

Yes, most fixtures allow you to use any bulbs you want, though there are some that don't. the ones that don't are the ones to avoid. I would replace them with some ATI bulbs if you're housing corals.
