I'm not sure! The regulator is showing at around 40psi and I have it running 1bps. The plants growth is good.
The Pollen 40 was recommended for tank up to 90-120cm tank but I only use for a 60cm tank. I bet it need high psi to work well.
I used an Atomic Diffusers (not from GLA but similar) before. The ADA diffuser is a bit easier to come out bubbles than the other one. But they both work great! Probably we just have to choose the look of the one we like here ;)

Is there a recommended operating psi for the ADA diffuser? How do you think they compare with the GLA Atomic Diffusers? They are certainly prettier.

A few pictures of the growth on HC and AR mini. I got some batches of HC that I grow on rocks successfully and very thick too.

First week after planting - HC

Nice growth with the AR mini and HC. I can only get growth with HC...in a terrarium :(
What's the frilly plant in the last pic? Pogostemon erectus?

Many people do the dry start method to get good carpet with HC before flooding the tank. I think it's not necessary if as long as you have high light and good amount of CO2, they can grow fast submerged.

You are correct! That's Pogo Erectus, the big one on the right, the small one on the left is Rotala Enie :)

Full tank shot :), a few plants added: Pogo Erectus, Rotala Enie, Hygrophila Pinnatifida, Pogostemon Stellatus Needle Leaf:

Good growth in 2 weeks, please ignore the Minitaiwan moss on the front left, it's temporarily until I figure out where to put it :)
