40g breeder planted update
Rescape number.......I stopped counting!
Plant pics:
Lindernia rotundifolia 'varigated'
Stems
Ludwigia inclinata 'cuba'
Polygonum sp. 'Kawagoeanum'
The other aquascape was a messy jungle! So I had to clean it up a bit and decided to go back to the center mound look. I like it much better!
Current plant list:
Rotala macrandra 'green'
Lindernia rotundifolia 'varigated'
Polygonum sp. 'Kawagoeanum'
Ludwigia inclinata
Ludwigia inclinata 'cuba'
Didiplis diandra
Blyxa japonica
Echinodorus vesuvius
Glosso
Hygrophila 'low grow'
Rotala sp. h'ra
Pogostemon stellatus 'narrow'
Ludwigia brevipes
Limnophila sp. 'wavy'
Rotala vietnam
Current fish list:
8 Rummynose tetras
Ember tetras (unknown number)
6 Pygmy Cories
2 Habrosus Cories
1 Apistogramma trifasciata
Otos (who knows how many)
Alot of my dwarf Cories have disappeared (assumed dead)...I just don't know what happened to them. I never really see all of them except when I have the plants uprooted. So, I'll be adding more of the 2 species I have now to increase the numbers. And my last Apisto. macmasteri died a month ago, so I'll be adding hopefully a pair of trifasciata (so I'll have 1m/2f) and a pair of Panduro.
If you wonder how it looked before.....go to my old journal (I couldn't post there....). The last aquascape is on the last page.

Thanks!
MFD I definitely would scape your tank if you lived closer. Sometimes I get bored and decide to redo a tank....sure would be good if I didn't have to make the mess at my house in my tank!

New pics taken 2/11
The stem plants were in need of a trim and I had some plants floating in the top left, but its the most recent tank shot! I'll take another after I trim and the tank recovers this weekend.
Didiplis diandra....one of the prettiest plants when it turns pink!
Rotala macrandra 'green'......which isn't so green. One of my new favorite plants.
Polygonum sp.'Kawagoeanum'

wicked tank setup. i like the look of all the plants in the middle. im have the "go big or go home" attitude but i think i may start a smaller planted tank, 20-40gal.....
