well listen - you shouldnt be using a tripod for this reason
(think about it)
if you are trying to catch a fish moving without it being blurred (aka needing a high shutter speed) then why would camera shake be an issue?
you need a high shutter speed to stop (or freeze) the fish - the tripod wont help
it couldnt hurt though either
