6.5G Killifish river trimmed back

Didnt like the dark areas so I adjusted the flow and created a diagonal bog now I can see everyone and it makes me want to cry tears of joy with the beauty I achieved in this setup

Very nice tank. Your aquascape makes it look much bigger than 6.5g.

Yeah that scape is ridiculous. I’d love to be a Killi in there.

Thanks so much I actually get told that a lot when I show my buds at the LFS

I wasn’t going for gasps, but I get them. Definitely my best scape yet, 13 years in…

Sadly the killifish ended up jumping, I thought the floating plants would prevent it. So now there’s 4 medaka to keep that top level of the water occupied

Thank you. I did a rescape yesterday that kinda split the tank into thirds: the bog and cave at the left end, a planted reef in the middle, and an iwagumi carpeted section at the very right end.

It looks smaller inside, but even more cohesive and somehow even looks bigger than it did.
