First attempt

Hi guys, new to the forum and to the world of aquatics. Signed up recently to get advice as help as in this link:

It's been a rollercoaster. Started off with frogs and have a great bio set up but started three weeks ago making an aquascape to eventually include fish but also house my fire bellies and paddle tail newt. The story runs as in the link above but here's the pics three weeks in. Still lots to do I think.

I've thought often lately about starting a small paludarium (in addition to several other new projects ideas on the wish list in my head) with fire-belly frogs and newts, but didn't know fish could be safely kept with them. Are some fish species better suited to sharing water with them than others? Great-looking tank, by the way.
