Furry things on plants and glass

Hey guys i recently used some seachem clarity and ive noticed on my plants and glass theirs these little furry things is this a result of using seachem or something totally different

It's due to using the seachem clarity.

Will it affect my plants or fish??

Can't possibly answer that. Cos as soon as it appeared in my tank I took everything out and washed it. But then again I have artificial plants, so it was prob easier than live ones.
