My Free Tanks.

A friend of a friend tipped me off about a guy getting rid of his aquariums, so I tracked him down and took them off his hands.
I received:

190 gallon monster with stand (not sure what I am doing with this thing)
90 gallon with stand
Eheim 2028 canister filter that leaks (ordered new seal)
Rena Air 300 air pump.
Whisper Power Filter 60
Several buckets of assorted decorations.
No hoods.

They were sitting in his pole-barn and need some serious cleaning.

February 15th 2013

The 90 gallon is cleaned and set-up.
10 feeder gold fish are helping me cycle it.
It is the future home of 4 baby Tiger Oscars and a Plecostomus.

The beach hut is awesome.


I always have a hard time believing those spindly little iron sides can hold 1000lbs of water.

Feb 18th update.

Here are my baby tiger Oscars and baby yellow labs.
They are peaceful now but the Oscars are going to move out of the 55 and into the 90, hopefully this week.

The 90 is just about done cycling.
The 190 is just starting to get cleaned.
