Should I add Otocinclus Catfish or is my tank to full?

Hey guys I want to add 6 Ottocinclus catfish to my tank to eat algae but I don't know if my tank is to full already. I have 5 longfin zebra danios, 4 neon tetras one blue gourami and a few pictus catfish. My tank is a 30 gallon. Does it have to many fish already or can I add 6 of the Otocinclus catfish?

I would say you are overstocked since you have the Pictus cats in there.

Not to mention the pictus will start eating the ottos and eventually the danios and neons :/
