WHITE SPOT In tank with blue red fin botia

I have white spot in my tank with my red fin blue botia they don't have scales so are sensitive to the normal white spot treatment any ideas on what I can do to cure them?

Raise the tank temp slowly to 86 and leave it there for a couple weeks that should kill all the parasites, also I heard adding some salt will help too. They also make meds for scaleless fish there is a really good article on here I will post for you.
