Just did my first readings on water and everything, so how am I doing?

Ammonia: .25-.5
Nitrates: 25ppm high, 5.0 ppm low
Nitrites: 0ppm
Gravity: 1.023

Just want to make sure everything is right. also I didn't add in an ammonia source but there is apparently some there.

It might be OK. If you add anything I would maybe add a few flakes of food. It`s obvious that you have a source already. Keep testing and let us know how high the ammonia gets.

Yeah I had it all clumped up in the middle before and when I was doing a PWC I just decided to go ahead and change it around a bit more. O think anything I put in there will be much happier now.

Well time to update this a bit after my most recent addition.

I agree very nice looking corals though I believe the "frogspawn" is actually hammer coral. Same family but slightly different.

I dunno. I know they have the same requirements medium light and medium flow. I thought It was a hammer at first in the store. then when I took it home the arms aren't in the traditional "anchor" state that most hammer came in. I guess it'll be some time before I know. I do know that I like it a lot.

It's a very nice looking coral. From the pic I think it is hammer. They do require the same conditions so either way you will have no problems.

Either way I'm happy with the purchase and I can't wait to get my GSP growing everywhere. I wish a picture would come out. Also the corals both look amazing underneath the moonlights.

So Rick's wasn't to bad. the livestock looked great and the prices were nice.
