Looks awesome that's soo cool. I can't wait to see what it's going to look like when everything is all done. Very nice.

This is my current plan.....thoughts?

I may tie both drains together and run it to the sump with a smaller line off the side to the fuge.

How big is your piping? My idea of a double intake is in case one gets backed up. Your plan isn't necessarily a bad thing, however, snails will be snails and it would stink to have one clog up your whole system. Just playing "devils advocate" , I do think it looks nice.

I'm using 1.25 inch for the drains and 1 inch for the returns

You have 2 overflows yeah? I Would T Off the one to the refugium and control the flow to the fuge with a ball valve.

I am also in the planning setup phase of a 210. IMO I would "T" the two drain lines together before going to filtration. Then you can "T" a line off to go to the refuge. By doing it this way you can control the flow going through the refuge with a ball or gate valve but you will not effect the entire filtration flow from/to the tank. If you take one drain line from the tank to the sump and one to the refuge and dail down the refuge line with a valve you will be dropping your total filtration rate.

Awesome project you got going on here. Can't wait to see what this work of art will look like when it's done

I guess I have some work to do!
