I've had this tank running for almost 4 weeks now. 3 weeks with 4 damsels. Running skilter 400 with protein skimmer. Attached some pictures of my progress. There is about 45lbs of live rock which I think is arranged just about how I want it. Not 100% sure what will be my final tank mates yet. Any comments are welcome. Thanks. Temp-76-78, ph-8.0, kh-179ppm, ca-420ppm

Yes, It's a work in progress. Going to take my time and do it right. This is my first reef tank.

I just set it up and working with limited space. Lights are so expensive! Lol dang budgets.

Try LEDs... Taotronics has a good one for 157... Never change bulbs... What I have.

SWEET TANK!!!
That's not a bad price for the lights, almost what I paid for what I have from my lfs. Great info! Looks like I need to consider upgrading.

Not sure if its the mobile app but all the pictures in this thread are now missing.

4 weeks up and running. Traded the 4 damsels in and stocked it with

1 yellow watchman gobie.
1 citron gobie.
2 chromis.
3 peppermint shrimp.
5 blue legged hermit crabs.

Everyone seems happy. The gobies are quite the characters.

Where did you get your live rock from? LFS or online?? It has a lot of life and great color, gl with the corals

Thanks.

I bought it from the lfs. They had Fiji and Carribean live rock. The Fiji has more color and plants on it.

I believe my rock has found their final resting place. Does it look ok? Plenty of caves and swimming room. This little citron goby is awesome!

The rock work looks good. :) your goby is really cute! We have a green citron goby.

Thank you! Seems like I have been in the tank as much as the fish, getting the rocks just right. Lol :p I believe mine is a yellow Citron and he has such a personality. Won't be long and I'll start getting frags.
