50g to 75g upgrade. Stock?

Upgraded from a 50 to 75, finished rock work. Not sure how much more I can stock...


This is what I got...

2 oc. Clowns
1 lawn mower blennie
1 fox face lo
1 six line wrasse
3 chromis


2 cleaner shrimp
1 peppermint
5-6 snails: 2 turbos 1 margherita 1 astrea 1 Blackfoot?


The tank looks so empty but when I use the inch per gallon rule... I only have 3 inches left!

First pic . 50g rest are the 75g bowfront.

What should I be adding ? I'm against any crabs cuz I don't want them to eat my snails. Any other options ?

I love conch. They're interesting to watch when they're cleaning. And those funny little eyes on stalks that stick out in2 different directions.

More snails would help too. I have 20 in my 75. So far so good. You could also consider a star fish.

As for fish, if you plan to keep it a fowlr, you could get away with another fish or two. For reef I wouldn't add more.

Ya it's a reef already, ill leave the fish numbers alone. As for snails I have two gigantic turbos and than smaller ones. My Lfs said to be careful cause they can starve. So I was worried about adding more. Do hermits harm snails? I do prefer a very clean tank, what's the best way to achieve that?
Had a star fish, marble or volcano... It was alive for 2 wks and than melted :'( it was acclimated for 4 hours.
Any other advice/suggestions?

If you have plenty of shells for the hermits to move in to they shouldnt bother the snails. IME hermits will attack and kill snails and also eat them just so they can live in their shell. So if you provide them with shells they can move into as they grow i think your snails will be safe.
