On Tues. of this week i put a small tail spot blenny in, in hopes that it would entice the clown to come out and swim in open. NOT so much.... but everythings eating well, and also put in a fire shrimp... it is also doing well. The clown has figured out that when i approach the tank it gets fed... so it moves up to the middle of the back wall. I dont know... i think its stupid :) Love the tail spot though...am going to get some snails today. Have a bit of hair algae growing. Pics soon

Thank you for all the great comments on the aquascaping!! Much appreciated feedback

Wow, I love it! Beautiful, can't wait to see it mature. Keep updating please.

Went to lfs today, and no snails... my town could really use more fish stores. We only have one other than Petco. BUT, I picked up a sweet neon green birds nest coral and some sort of neon green softie coral that looks like a tree. Can't find anything that looks like it on liveaquaria but that's the only place i've had time to look so far. They are really pretty though...acclimating them now...Things are starting to look good!

New pics of the new corals I just bought. Sorry they are a little blurry... had to take with my phone. I have a digital camera with a macro lens at work for photographing teeth, should have brought it home. Anyway, these corals are NEON under my lights!! Will try to get better pics next time.:fish2:

I have added a few new corals and a couple of new fish since i last posted. We spent some of our Christmas vacation shopping at the lfs a couple of hours from our town. I purchased the beautiful green torch next to the buda statue, the yellow leather on the left and a small green toadstool leather on the statue's leg. Also, a bluish gonoporia along with a McCoskers flasher wrasse and a arc eye hawkfish (not sure if i'll be keeping!) Also various snails and crabs. Gonoporia was closed up in store, but i got a very good price on it so i thought i'd give it a try. Put it in the tank yesterday, and today it opened up about halfway...We'll see how it goes. Anyway, things are coming along! Still thinking about some sort of schooling fish (about three) then i'm done with fish. I ordered some candy apple zoos for the floor so i can't wait for them to come in. My cat loves to sit and watch my tank. If only she could figure out how to get in it! Hopefully she won't. Hope you all had a good holiday!:fish2:
