This is my first tank so I figured I post a few pictures

It still very early in the process 1.5 months and I have not really started adding fish yet with the exceptions of the reason for the tank (clowns for the kids)

Still outstanding is a skimmer and a proper light for corals and probably another 30 lbs of Live rock.

But I wanted to share the pictures (bad quality until I get a new card reader for the good Camara)

How did you cycle the tank? The tank is pretty new to have a cleaner shrimp already. They are intolerant of poor water quailty.

fishless was done the guy at grocery store looked at me like I was crazy asking for 3 shrimp.

Then LR and sand was added and a month later I added the cleaner shrimp

I had a long conversation with the cleaner shrimp in the fish store, he is a good shrimp and he told me he is willing to tough it out while I learn.

:)

(will keep a eye on him make sure he is doing well)

Full tank progession shot

I have all my live rock and new t5 8 x 54 lights

Corals begin soon

Great looking tankmates. I`ve had my tank for 11+ years and still have to clean the glass off everyday. Again nice tank.
