Just bought a nice 5x2x2 foot tank, been getting it ready for the last 5 days nearly ready to fill her up.

This is what she looks like now, just got to buy new handles for the cupboard doors because the ones that came with it looked like they was from the 1920's lol

nice job any ideas of what type of fish you want yet

I'll be adding my current live stock + more into this one. My current live stock includes 2 clowns, 2 Talbot damsels and a mandarin. I'll be putting my hob refugium on there too.

...That stand does not look very sturdy...It looks like a plywood box. A few thousand pounds I would not trust on that.

The cabinet is solid beach it weighs as much as the tank lol. The tank is 126 gallon about 570 litres. I also forgot about my algea blenny, cleaner shrimp and a few snails (nassarius and turbo) are going into this tank aswell. Going to finish painting her up today, not much to do till it sees some water sand and rock :)

I'm thinking black handles ? Because I painted the grooves black and I also painted the back of the tank black.

More detailed step by step of the work :) please note I was decorating my room and having to work around the bloody thing lol

Getting her filled up now putting the rest of the water in tomorrow. Got some of my live rock from my old setup in there to aid the cycling and added some of my old sand too. :)
