And here are two good striped maroon clown fish. It concerns me that I've had them for a year and they've only went from one inch to two inches. Also the gold bands aren't very pronounced yet.

Why is that concerning?

I've read that they grow to 5-6 inches within a year, and that the gold bands show up at 6 months old.

They still so cute tho.

Heree's a very generic question.

If i feed more, or more often, will the fish grow bigger and faster? I'm currently only feeding once or twice a week.

I feed every other to 3rd day. My fish are growing nicely but my corals seem slow although there is growth. What do you use for your corals and how often?

I feed Wednesdays and Sundays. This schedule keeps my fish fat. Feeding more will only cause parameter issues.

I feed photo and dt. Though lately I've been feeding crushed up pellets to the euphylia and silversides to my open brain, rose bta bubble coral, and plate coral.

I've been feeding every other day now. Mixture of marine chips, mysis, and veggie flakes.

Water quality is fine as the fish don't leave any extra and if they do I have like 100 snails.

I want my female maroon clown to get to 5-6 inches. She's about two inches now. I also want the gold stripes to get more pronounced. They're still white a little bit.

My next big investment will be a camera to properly capture my tanks colors. Cell phone camera isn't cutting it anymore.

I found a few asterina stars today.

Torch coral, tiny gsp patch, and tiny frag of a purple birdsnest coral.
