Are these eggs?

Hello everyone, I noticed this before I left for work tonight. I look at my fish tank all the time and just saw this. Are these eggs? A form of algae or just a mean lookin poop.

I have

2 angelfish
7 Golden Priscella Tetras
1 Adonis Pleco
1 Pictus Catfish

Can I scoop it out or are they eggs, if they’re eggs. Then from who because they don’t look like anything from Google.

They aren't fish eggs. I would say poop from a fish that has an intestinal issue. Monitor the fish and see if any of them do a stringy white poop. If they do, let me know asap because it's a sign of internal health problems.

Remove the stuff and wash your hands afterwards
