Have you tried keeping her alone in a tank and not moving her for awhile? Have you tried feeding different types of foods (not sure if this would help but it could)?

How many places are there for her to hide in your main tank. I had the same problem with mollies not releasing fry. I kept them secluded, sometimes the breeder net will stress them more than keeping them in a community tank. If you can't keep her in the qt tank I'd see if she was stressed by the breeder net and if so, let her go in the main tank and provide as many hiding places as possible.
