My guess is "Female". Male BN Plecos have numerous bristles around the mouth. Females have a few bristles on the sides of mouth
This is a pic of my male BN Pleco. Notice the bristle horns around mouth and top of head.
Your BN is still young, it might be a little early for 100% gender identification.
